[redacted] admits that he was driving too fast and did not stop immediately after noticing the police car, but proceeded to the hospital. After a chase, [redacted] was forced to stop in order to prevent an accident. Upon stopping, officers from two police vehicles snatched [redacted] out of his car as they cursed and threatened him saying, \"This fucking black bastard. Get him.\" As [redacted] was grabbed by his jacket collar, another officer hit him with a baton. [redacted] was taken to the ground and kicked and stomped upon. An officer who had just arrived on the scene ran over and \"busted\" [redacted] in the face. [redacted] sustained bleeding, bruises, and swelling. An officer said, \"Why don't we waste his ass here? There's no one around.\" As [redacted] begged the officers not to kill him, another officer, identified as PO Colon by [redacted] intervened.
