[redacted], who became upset because he sustained a cut on one of his legs from playing with the other boys, threw a garbage receptacle in the street while the boys were on their way to the store to get napkins to wipe his cut. Subsequent to obtaining the napkins from the store at the corner of [redacted] and [redacted] PO Dannecker and Sgt.
