[redacted] dropped a gun as he ran down a sidewalk, then cut into backyards and hid between a shed and a fence. The anti-crime officers called for backup, and officers from a number of units searched the backyards. When they found [redacted] PO Michael Edmonds (a uniformed officer from the 105th Precinct) and anti-crime supervisor Sgt. Mark Holochuck pointed their guns at him [Allegations B and C]. [redacted] claimed that he was handcuffed and pulled over the fence into the next yard, then jumped on by PO Edmonds [Allegation D] and kicked by PO Edmonds, Sgt. Mark Holochuck and anti-crime officer PO Christopher Alden [Allegations E through G]. PO Edmonds also allegedly twisted [redacted] Is genitals through his pants [Allegation H].
