The officers informed [redacted] that they were responding to noise complaints, and asked to see his identification. PO Biju Mathew allegedly grabbed [redacted] by the neck (Allegation A). [redacted] PO Biju Mathew allegedly threatened a group of civilians with his nightstick (Allegation B). [redacted] PO Biju Mathew and additional unidentified officers allegedly drew their guns (Allegations C and D). [redacted] PO Biju Mathew, PO Nelson Mathew, PO Anthony Salato and additional officers entered and searched the private house at the incident location (Allegations E, F, G and H). [redacted] PO Brendan Parpan allegedly entered the location and hit [redacted] with his nightstick (Allegations I and J). [redacted] PO Nelson Mathew allegedly said, \"I don't give a fuck about your Christening. Shut the fuck up and get the fuck out of my way\" (Allegation K).
