[redacted] alleged that he was approached by an officer who knocked the telephone out of his hand and proceeded to throw him against a vehicle (allegation B). At this time several officers held him down and handcuffed him. While his hands were cuffed behind his back [redacted] alleged that and officer wrenched his fingers and caused him pain (allegation C). [redacted] stated that he was then thrown to the ground and kicked several times about the body (allegation D).
