Officers arrived at the location and began to evacuate the Universal Resort looking for a male with a gun. PO Bruce Ceparano was telling [redacted] and others to \"Get the fuck out (allegation A).\" Numerous officers then began to push [redacted] out of the club (allegations B, C, D, E). PO Ceparano was also pushing [redacted] out of the club (allegation C). PO Ceparano and PO Asghar used profanity several times throughout the incident (allegations A and F). PO Asghar and another officer then pushed [redacted] against a car and an officer began to slam [redacted] head down on the vehicle (allegation G). PO Asghar also grabbed [redacted] arm and twisted her wrist, which caused bruising to [redacted] wrist (allegation E). [redacted] was then placed in handcuffs and put in a patrol car. [redacted] was also arrested and put in the patrol car with [redacted]. PO Ceparano approached [redacted], pushed her shoulder, and told her to leave the block (allegation C). [redacted] and [redacted] were then transported to the 67th Precinct where they were released with summonses for [redacted]. [redacted] asked Sgt. Johnny Napoleon if she could make a complaint at the precinct about the incident and Sgt.
