[redacted] alleged that Det. Crisfield threatened to break down her door if the officers returned to the location in the future (allegation A).\n\nAt 11:30 AM on January 6, 2006, Det. Crisfield, Sgt. Neessen, and Det. Dohan returned to the location with Det. Joseph Eppolito and Det. Patrick Cregin. Det. Crisfield had an I-card for [redacted] who was a suspect for a previous [redacted] Det. Crisfield entered the location (allegation B) after seeing [redacted] inside the house without [redacted]'s consent or permission. [redacted] alleged that Det. Crisfield spoke discourteously to her when she asked to see a warrant (allegation C). Det. Crisfield entered the basement of the apartment in pursuit of [redacted] with his gun drawn. He pointed his firearm at [redacted] and [redacted] (allegation D) before finding [redacted] in the basement; he also pointed his firearm at [redacted] (allegation D). Det. Crisfield and Sgt. Neessen used physical force to arrest [redacted] (allegations E and F). During the struggle, a hole was punctured into the bathroom wall (allegation G). The struggle started in the bathroom and spilled out to a nearby bedroom. [redacted] alleged that an officer used a chokehold against him (allegation H). [redacted]'s daughter [redacted] came to the basement to see what was happening. [redacted] alleged that he asked one of the officers for his name but was told, \"Joe Black,\" a fictitious name (allegation I). [redacted] also alleged that Sgt.
