[redacted] claimed that PO Granahan stated, \"Where the fuck are you going? Don't go into that apartment\" (Allegation B). [redacted] went into his mother's apartment, [redacted], in order to put his dog away. PO Granahan stated that he would kick the door in and threatened to shoot the dog (Allegation C). An officer, whom [redacted] could not see because the door was closed, then kicked the door and said, \"Open the fucking door\"(Allegation D). After the dog was secured inside his mother's bathroom, [redacted] came out of the apartment. PO Granahan had his gun drawn and pointed at [redacted] (Allegation E). [redacted] claimed that PO Granahan, PO Bourdon and PO Hanley frisked him (Allegations F, G, and H). [redacted] stated that he was then brought outside of the building where PO John Hanley spoke discourteously to him (Allegation I). PO Collora issued [redacted] summonses for urinating in public, spitting and disorderly conduct (Allegation J). After receiving these summonses [redacted] asked PO Granahan for his name and shield number to which PO Granahan allegedly replied, \"It's on the summons wiseass\" and did not provide the information (Allegation K).\n\nThe officers claimed that when they first encountered [redacted] he was urinating outside of his apartment building.","id":200600337,"url":"https://www.50-a.org/complaint/200600337"}
