He eventually lodged himself between the seat of the van and its floor. Once getting [redacted] out from beneath the seat, he spit in PO Handelsman's face, at which time Sgt. [redacted] was transported to [redacted]\n\n[redacted] alleged that PO Handelsman kicked and punched him while he was in the prisoner van, and that Sgt.
