PO Ronald Oneill instructed [redacted] to \"shut the fuck up\" (allegation D) and put his hands up so that he could be searched. PO Niles Prince placed [redacted] (Allegation F). After [redacted] \"in a submission hold\" (allegation E) and then frisked [redacted] allegedly insulted the officers and their families, PO Prince allegedly removed his gun from its holster, handed it to Sgt. Downes, and then approached [redacted] (allegation G). PO Prince then allegedly said, \"You're too small. I will fuck you up,\" (allegation H). PO Prince allegedly put his hand on [redacted] shoulder and squeezed, at which point [redacted] forcibly removed PO Prince's hand. The officers left shortly after that, but not before [redacted] requested the officers' names and badge numbers.
