Around that time, a party was ending in the basement of Our Lady of Pompeii Church, located on the Northwest corner of the intersection. As partygoers exited, a fight broke out in the Carmine Street/Bleecker Street intersection involving a number of individuals including [redacted] and [redacted] and possibly [redacted]. Officer Nelida Flores, a few blocks away on summons duty, saw the commotion at 3:22am and radioed in a report of a dispute. There were between 100 and 200 people in the street.\n\nOfficer Kevin Mulcahy and Officer Matthew Ramsingh responded to the scene first, driving East on Carmine Street to the Bleecker Street intersection. Officer Mulcahy and Officer Ramsingh exited their vehicle and broke up a fight occurring on the Southwest corner of the intersection. Officers Mulcahy and Ramsingh requested additional units to the scene. Officer Flores arrived around that time, parking South of the intersection on Bleecker Street. More officers arrived and additional fights broke out on the Northwest and Northeast corners of the intersection as additional people spilled into the street. [redacted] leaving the party with a group of friends and her husband, [redacted] started fighting with an unknown female near the East side of the intersection. [redacted] left his table at Abitino's Pizza to try and pull [redacted] and her combatant apart. An unknown officer dragged [redacted] to the ground (allegation A) and a group of officers—including Officer William Bedell, Officer Louis Maniscalco, Officer Matthew Ramsingh, Officer Kevin Mulcahy, Officer David Taylor, and Officer David Sansone tried to pull [redacted] and the other female apart, for [redacted] and the unknown female continued clutching at each other once on the ground.
