Two marked police cars and an unmarked Chevrolet pulled up to them and [redacted] immediately ran away while PO Miroslav Maric and PO Adnan Radoncic arrested [redacted]. PO Peter Bolte chased after [redacted] on foot as he headed east on 117th Street. As [redacted] approached Madison Avenue, a marked patrol car cut him off and Lieutenant Christopher Schmidt exited the vehicle and chased after [redacted]. Lieutenant Schmidt tackled [redacted] from his left side and brought him to the ground (allegation A). While [redacted] was on the ground, he was punched and kicked in the face and body by Lieutenant Schmidt and PO Wilfred Garcia (again allegation A and allegation B). While [redacted] was being handcuffed, a plainclothes officer said, \"Yeah we got your ass. Fuck you, you little bastard. Stupid\" (allegation C). After [redacted] was handcuffed, an officer punched him three times in the left side of his face (allegation D). [redacted] was taken to the precinct and charged with possession of a weapon.
