Officers Eddy Linares and John Acconi responded, stopping [redacted] and [redacted] on the street and approaching [redacted] to search and arrest him. [redacted] resisted being searched or arrested, and when Officer Linares called for backup, Officer Nicholas Tricarico and Sergeant Steven Talvy arrived. [redacted] physically resisted arrest and [redacted] tried to interfere with the officers who were struggling with him, and Officers Linares, Acconi, and Tricarico used physical force against [redacted] (Allegations B, C, and E), and Officer Linares struck [redacted] several times in the leg with his baton (Allegation D). Officer Linares pushed [redacted] back (Allegation C) and Sgt.
