The third officer, identified as PO Megan Zarella, stood and watched. The officers asked [redacted] if he lived in the building. After about ten minutes, [redacted] became impatient and asked what was taking so long. [redacted] was very angry that he had been stopped and searched in his own building. The officers told him that they had to check for warrants. While he was waiting, [redacted] took out a cigarette and lit it.
