The officers then placed [redacted] in handcuffs, at which point [redacted] realized that the men were police officers. An officer allegedly dragged [redacted] by his jacket, causing his palms to scrape on the ground (allegation G). This officer remains unidentified. [redacted] was transported to the 23rd Precinct, where he was questioned by officers. [redacted] allegedly asked one of the officers from the scene for medical attention while at the stationhouse, but medical attention was not provided (allegation I).
