[redacted]'s friend, [redacted] alleged that PO Figueiredo told [redacted] to \"sit the fuck down\" (within allegation B). The officers then threw [redacted] on the ground and arrested him, during which time an officer punched him in the head (allegation C). [redacted] asked the officers why they had hit [redacted] at which point an officer touched her on the back. [redacted] told the officer not to touch her, at which point she was arrested. [redacted] asked the officers why they were arresting [redacted] and she was arrested. [redacted] then approached PO Figueiredo and asked him why the officers had hit [redacted] alleged that PO Figueiredo said, \"You should be lucky I didn't beat his ass (within allegation B).
