Officer Mena allegedly searched [redacted] while Officer Klein allegedly searched [redacted] (allegations D and E); the officers did not find contraband. According to [redacted] the officers were about to leave when [redacted] and [redacted] complained about the stop. Officer Santana allegedly returned to [redacted] and pushed him (allegation F). [redacted]'s wallet fell from his hands and Officer Santana allegedly threw it 10 to 20 feet away (allegation G). Officer Santana allegedly told [redacted] to \"Get the fuck out, fucking faggot!\" and made other comments about [redacted]'s and [redacted]'s apparent sexual orientation (allegations H and I).
