Numerous police officers responded to the fight, and PO Vincenzo Quinzi, who responded to the scene, allegedly called [redacted] s friend [redacted] (last name unknown) a \"jackass\" (Allegation A). [redacted] then spoke to PO Quinzi, at which point he stated, \"Who the fuck do you think you are?\" (Allegation B). PO Quinzi then told [redacted] she was going to be placed under arrest, at which point PO Quinzi, PO Joseph Flynn, PO Frederick Drone, and PO 4 grabbed onto [redacted] and \"jumped\" on her, taking her to the ground (Allegations C, D, E, and F).
