PO Joseph Brunetti, and PO Jay Wolsky, both assigned to the 77th Precinct Detective Bureau, observed [redacted] standing in a close proximity to [redacted] [redacted] then ran down Bergen Street [redacted]\n\nPO Brunetti chased [redacted] down Bergen Street and instructed him to stop (Allegation A). [redacted] lay face-down on the ground. [redacted] alleged that PO Brunetti pointed his gun at him when the officer approached him (Allegation B). PO Brunetti frisked [redacted] on the outside of his jacket and pants pockets and frisked his book bag (Allegation C). PO Brunetti did not feel any guns or weapons on [redacted]s person or in his bag. PO Brunetti then searched inside of [redacted]s pants pockets, jacket pockets, and his book bag (Allegation D). Nothing was recovered during the search. After [redacted] was searched, PO Wolsky arrived at the location, ran up to [redacted] and kicked him in the left side of his face near his jaw (Allegation E).\n\nAfter further investigation, officers learned that the assault rifle was actually an imitation assault rifle which [redacted] used as a prop in his movie productions. [redacted] alleged that he asked PO Wolsky for his name and PO Wolsky did not provide it (Allegation F). [redacted] was not arrested nor was he issued a summons. As a result of this incident [redacted] sustained bruising and an injury to his right lower jaw, which made contact with the ground after he was kicked on the left side of his face. [redacted] sought medical treatment at [redacted] presenting at about [redacted] and returned to [redacted] on [redacted] (encl. 24a-y).
