[redacted] and [redacted] were searched by officers whom the investigation was unable to identify (Allegation B). An officer identified through the investigation as PO Javier Velez of the 83rd Precinct approached [redacted] and requested the use of his keys. PO Velez and an additional officer, whom the investigation was also unable to identify, then allegedly entered [redacted] (Allegation C and Allegation D).
