A black Chevy Impala pulled up and parked in front of [redacted] and Sergeant Christopher Zaleski, PO John Hagan and PO Horacio Maldonado from the 62nd Precinct exited the vehicle. Sergeant Zaleski or PO Hagan then asked [redacted] for his identification (Allegations A-B). Sergeant Zaleski then asked [redacted] if he was \"one of those guys that says fuck the cops?\" and called [redacted] a \"fucking punk\" (Allegation C). Sergeant Zaleski then started \"nudging\" [redacted] Is left shoulder with his left shoulder approximately 2 or 3 times. When [redacted] tried to leave, Sergeant Zaleski pushed [redacted] Is chest 4 or 5 times with open palms. At this point, [redacted] came outside.
