Sergeant Pellegrin immediately exited the car, said, \"Don't move,\" and allegedly pointed his gun at [redacted] (Allegations A and B). Two other officers, identified through investigation as PO Jamaal Miller and PO Christian Delacruz, in a separate car then pulled up and exited their car.
