These officers were identified by the investigation as Sgt. Joseph Digennaro, PO Donnell Myers, PO Douglas Rome, PO Christopher Dalessandro and PO Edward Moore and they approached [redacted] who was sitting on the steps of [redacted] In her complaint, [redacted] alleged that PO Myers continuously punched and physically subdued [redacted] (Allegations A), after she wanted to see what the officers were doing to [redacted] PO Douglas Rome also assisted in subduing and handcuffing [redacted] (Allegation B). This provoked [redacted] to intervene and she lunged forward but was stopped by PO Edward Moore. Allegedly, PO Moore proceeded to wrap his arm around [redacted]'s neck and forced her head against the side of his chest (Allegation C). [redacted] was handcuffed and placed in an unmarked police car.
