During the stop, two additional officers, one of who [redacted] identified as Officer Christopher Contreras and the other identified through investigation as Sgt. Howard Zweben, joined the initial two officers. The occupants of the vehicle were each instructed to exit the vehicle one after the other and they were frisked and allegedly searched by the officers (allegations C and D).
