[redacted] obtained their vehicle plate number and the officers were subsequently identified through investigation as Sgt. Domenico Colavito, Officer Daniel Barreto, and Officer Jason Caputo. Officer Barreto instructed [redacted] out of his vehicle and allegedly frisked and searched him (allegation B and C). While [redacted] was positioned to the rear of his vehicle, Sgt. Colavito allegedly searched the vehicle (allegation D).
