Three officers, PO Burt Antoine, PO Michael Perullo, and PO Raven Bolling-Davis of the 113th Precinct, exited the car and approached him. PO Antoine stopped [redacted] (allegation A) and both PO Antoine and PO Perullo asked him if it was legal to \"smoke fucking marijuana in Canada\" (allegations B and C).
