Peter Valentin of Narcotics Borough Bronx arrested [redacted] in front of 1110 Westchester Avenue in the Bronx. Valentin approached [redacted] and questioned him regarding his interaction with [redacted] alleged that Det. Valentin punched him in his left eye, causing him to fall toward his right (Allegation A). Det.
