[redacted] who was holding a golf club over his shoulder, then started to walk south on Marcy Avenue alone and PO Julio Ramos and PO Anthony Ward of the 79th Precinct stopped him at the intersection of Marcy Avenue and Pulaski Street (Allegation B and C).
