Desormeau exited the aforementioned vehicle and allegedly pulled [redacted] out of his vehicle (Allegation A). Det. Desormeau turned [redacted] around so that he faced his vehicle and Det. Desormeau then allegedly patted [redacted] Is torso and legs (Allegation B).
