Munoz allegedly grabbed and pushed [redacted] by his throat, causing his breathing to be restricted, and searched him, including his left pants pockets and underneath his pants (within Allegation A and Allegations B, C, and D). During the search, Sgt. Munoz allegedly stated, \"Shut the fuck up\" (Allegation E). After the search ended, Sgt.
