PO Beiger asked [redacted] for his identification, with which [redacted] complied (Allegation A). PO Beiger then swiped [redacted] identification card in a hand-held machine and the officers then stated \"You're coming with us,\" however the officers did not explain the reason.\n\nThe officers then pushed [redacted] against a nearby gate and handcuffed [redacted] Next, PO Idowu allegedly hit [redacted] with his radio on the right side of his head (Allegation B). PO Beiger then punched [redacted] on the right side of his face once (Allegation C). [redacted] sustained a bump and bleeding to the right side of his forehead as a result, for which he did not seek medical attention.\n\nNext, an officer who remains unidentified allegedly told [redacted] \"Get the fuck away, mind your own business\" (Allegation D). An officer, identified via investigation as Sgt. Marshall Winston of the aforementioned command, allegedly told [redacted] who was deemed uncooperative during the investigation, \"Mind your own fucking business before you get arrested\" (Allegations E and F). [redacted] then allegedly requested the officers' shield numbers, however they never provided her with that information (Allegation G).
