PO Shatkin told [redacted] that he smelled marijuana in the car upon approaching. [redacted] was asked to exit the vehicle, and PO Shatkin conducted a search of the front and back of the vehicle including the glove compartment and center console, recovering a grinder and a plastic jewel bag both full of alleged marijuana (Allegation A).
