During the fight, one of the neighbors called 911 and two uniformed police officers, PO Donald Hook and PO Jose Cortez, arrived at the location. [redacted] opened the door and PO Hook placed his hands on her shoulders, pushed her aside, and they entered the building (Allegations A and B). Once inside, [redacted] asked both officers for their names and shield numbers. PO Cortez provided his name, but no further information while PO Hook did not respond (Allegations C and D). PO Cortez later allegedly told [redacted] to \"shut the fuck up\" and said that \"you're too excited and you're about to be arrested\" (Allegations E). [redacted] then came downstairs and the officers approached him and prepared to handcuff him. [redacted] approached PO Hook and asked why her husband was being arrested. In response, PO Hook allegedly said, \"If you don't shut the fuck up, we'll take you in\" (Allegation F). PO Hook then placed his hands on [redacted]s shoulders and pushed her backwards, causing her elbow to go through a door (Allegation G). The officers then handcuffed [redacted] and led him outside. [redacted] followed them and PO Hook allegedly said, \"shut up and go inside or we'll arrest your whole family\" (also Allegation F). Once he was in the car, [redacted] told PO Cortez about [redacted]s career prosecuting organized crime. PO Cortez allegedly replied, \"It's too bad they didn't kill her\" (Allegation H). The officers then drove to the 43rd Precinct stationhouse. During the ride, [redacted] requested medical care three times. Neither officer replied to this request (Allegation I and J). During the ride, PO Hook also allegedly told [redacted] \"Fuck the DAT. I'll take you to the fucking judge in the morning if you don't shut the fuck up\" (Allegation K).
