While interacting with [redacted] on the scene, PO Odea allegedly told [redacted] \"Get back in your fucking car\" (Allegation A). [redacted] then asked if this command was a lawful order to which PO Odea allegedly responded, \"Yes, this is a lawful fucking order\" (Subsumed within Allegation A). [redacted] then complied with this order and returned to his vehicle, and PO Odea and PO Hernandez left the scene (Encl. 3B). [redacted] was not arrested or issued a summons as a result of the incident.
