As the officers were questioning the group and attempting to fill out a juvenile report, [redacted] and several other people gathered around. [redacted] alleged that one of the girls and herself also asked PO Gonzalez for his name, but he did not provide it to her (Allegation B). PO Gonzalez attempted to handcuff one of the girls, but after a struggle in which several members of the crowd physically interfered, the officers left without arresting or summonsing anyone.
