[redacted] went to the Midtown North Precinct stationhouse to file a complaint regarding her being assaulted at the bar. Sgt. Nicholas Corrado refused to take her complaint and told [redacted] to leave the station or he would arrest her (Allegations B and C). Then, [redacted] was handcuffed and transported to [redacted] for a psychiatric evaluation. While in the ambulance with [redacted] PO Iselaine Guichardo-Hermene Gildo Cruz (hereafter PO Guichardo) searched through the contents of her purse (Allegation D).
