Martinez, PO Michael Ardolino and PO William Schumacher from the 75th Precinct Anti-crime Unit responded to a 911 call from [redacted] inside [redacted] stated that she was robbed by [redacted] and [redacted] at her home at [redacted] The officers went to the location where the robbery had occurred and spoke to [redacted] and [redacted] and confirmed their identities as the perpetrators of the robbery. Sgt. Martinez, PO Ardolino, and PO Schumacher stepped into the front foyer area of the home to arrest [redacted] and [redacted] (Allegations A through C). Once inside the home a struggle ensued as the officers attempted to handcuff [redacted] and [redacted]. During the struggle, PO Ardolino allegedly placed [redacted] in a chokehold and Sgt. Martinez allegedly placed [redacted] in a chokehold (Allegations D and E). While handcuffing [redacted] PO Ardolino allegedly said, \"Shut the fuck up\" and other discourteous statements as he walked her to a marked police vehicle (Allegation F). Once PO Ardolino and Sgt. Martinez were outside of the house, PO Ardolino told [redacted] (Allegation G) and Sgt. Martinez allegedly told [redacted] (Allegation H), \"Get the fuck out of the way.\" At this time [redacted] allegedly requested PO Ardolino's name and shield number and he allegedly did not provide it (Allegation I).\n\nOnce PO Ardolino and [redacted] made it to the police vehicle, PO Ardolino allegedly pushed [redacted] head into the police vehicle (Allegation J). At this point, [redacted] kicked PO Ardolino which caused her shoe to fall off. PO Ardolino picked up [redacted] shoe and then allegedly threw it at her and closed the police vehicle door (Allegation K). As [redacted] stood on the sidewalk, PO Schumacher approached [redacted] pushed him (Allegation L), and said, \"Get the fuck out of here\" (Allegation M).
