The officers then left the apartment and PO Ryan Gargan of PSA 7 went to Bronx County Criminal Court and obtained an emergency search warrant for the location. At approximately 11:00 p.m., Sgt. Korpolinski returned to the apartment and he and the other officers searched the apartment (within Allegation B).
