[redacted] pulled over to the side of the road and watched the RMP stop at the corner. After five minutes, the RMP made a U-turn and pulled up alongside [redacted]'s vehicle. PO Kevin Morgan, PO Marc Whirl, and PO James Argila of the 75th Precinct approached the vehicle and had [redacted] step outside. PO Whirl recovered marijuana from [redacted]'s bag after she consented to a search (Allegation A). [redacted] was upset about the stop of her vehicle and attempted to call the police. PO Morgan leaned into [redacted]'s vehicle during this time an effort to remove her phone from her but was unable to do so (Allegation B). PO Morgan informed [redacted] that he was unable to determine that she was a woman until he saw her license (Allegation C).
