[redacted] drove to the 75th Precinct stationhouse to file a complaint against PO Rivera. She interacted with Sgt. Gregory Long, from Patrol Borough Brooklyn North, who showed [redacted] to a bulletin board that explained how to file a complaint, but he did not process her civilian complaint (Allegation C). Sgt.
