Shibu Madhu of the 75th Precinct (Allegation A). Sgt. Madhu approached with two other officers of the 75th Precinct, identified by the investigation as PO Francisco Rivera and PO Anthony Donaldson.\n\nSgt. Madhu frisked and searched [redacted] (Allegation B and E). PO Donaldson frisked [redacted] (Allegation C). PO Francisco Rivera frisked [redacted] (Allegation D).\n\nWhen [redacted] and [redacted] were both found to have open warrants, Sgt. Madhu arrested both of them (BR 02 and 03). En route to the 75th Precinct stationhouse, Sgt. Madhu allegedly told [redacted] \"You niggers sell drugs. I know you're going to put drugs in the vehicle\" (Allegation F).\n\nAt the 75th Precinct stationhouse, Sgt. Madhu authorized a strip search of [redacted] (Allegation G). Sgt.
