Shots were fired down the block shortly before this, and numerous police officers responded to the area, including the 75th Precinct Anti-crime team, consisting of Sgt. Henry Daverin, PO Christopher Walsh, and PO Tony Cuoco. While [redacted] was inside the deli, an unidentified officer grabbed him by the hoodie and allegedly \"threw\" him toward the exit (Allegations A and B). The officer allegedly referred to [redacted] as \"boy\" (Allegation C). Outside the store, he pushed [redacted] against the wall (Allegation B, continued). An unidentified officer also stopped [redacted] and allegedly referred to him as \"boy\" (Allegations D and E).\n\n[redacted] and [redacted] were transported to the 75th Precinct stationhouse. During questioning at the stationhouse, Sgt. Daverin allegedly called [redacted] an \"asshole\" (Allegation F). [redacted] was released that night with summonses for [redacted], issued by PO Walsh (see Board Review 01 and 02).
