PO Francis Zito and PO Michael Pisano subsequently approached and spoke with [redacted] While [redacted] spoke with the officers, PO Zito slapped her hand downwards and stated, \"Put your fucking hand down\" (Allegation A and Allegation B). Moreover, [redacted] alleged that PO Zito used various discourtesies when speaking to her and [redacted] (Allegation C). [redacted] walked back into the hospital and called the 52nd Precinct stationhouse and spoke with PO Bernard, and told him that she was going to the stationhouse to file a complaint.\n\n[redacted] was ultimately issued three summonses for [redacted] by PO Zito and PO Pisano (Board Review 11).
