Police Officer Martinez searched [redacted]'s vehicle under the supervision of Sergeant Aman (Allegations E and F). During the search, Police Officer Martinez interfered with [redacted]'s cellphone's ability to visually record by allegedly moving it to the backseat (Allegation G).
