Michael Butler of the 105th Precinct, who were driving an unmarked RMP (Allegations A and B). PO Chung approached [redacted] 's window and Sgt. Butler approached [redacted] 's window and ordered them out of the vehicle. PO Chung frisked [redacted] while Sgt. Butler frisked [redacted] (Allegations C and D). Following these frisks, PO Chung guarded [redacted] and [redacted] while Sgt. Butler entered [redacted] 's vehicle via the front driver's side door and searched the vehicle (Allegation E). After approximately 10 minutes, Sgt. Butler finished his search and ordered [redacted] and [redacted] back inside [redacted] 's vehicle. Once back inside the vehicle, Sgt. Butler took [redacted] 's keys and searched his vehicle's trunk (also Allegation E). Sgt.
