PO Brugal provided her name and shield number, and Det. Hernandez allegedly did not (Allegation C). [redacted] requested Det. Hernandez's shield number from Sgt. Mercado and Sgt. Mercado provided Det. Hernandez's shield number to [redacted]. Sgt.
