PO Gayle told [redacted] that she could be arrested for refusing to pay [redacted] (Allegation C). [redacted] pushed PO Gayle, and PO Gayle told [redacted] that she could be arrested for assaulting a police officer (Allegation D). [redacted] arrived and [redacted] and PO Gayle exited her home.
