Tonica Corlette, PO Eric Stoll, PO Jonathan Colon, and PO Sophia Rodriguez, all from the 67th Precinct, arrived at [redacted] in Brooklyn, a converted two-family house with two apartments on the first floor and one apartment on the second floor. [redacted] and [redacted] reside in the second floor apartment. The officers arrived with an open Investigation Card (I-Card) for [redacted] which cited probable cause to arrest him for felonious criminal contempt.\n\nPO Colon and PO Stoll entered the house, followed by Sgt. Corlette and PO Rodriguez (Allegations A through D). The officers stood in a hallway on the first floor, and after announcing their presence, [redacted] and [redacted] looked over the banister from the second floor. PO Stoll and PO Colon spoke to [redacted] and walked up the staircase to the second floor landing. PO Stoll and PO Colon explained to [redacted] that he was being taken to the 67th Precinct stationhouse for violating an order of protection. [redacted] refused to leave until he spoke with his lawyer. [redacted] and [redacted] heard the verbal exchange from elsewhere on the second floor and approached the landing.\n\n[redacted] and his family members spoke with the officers, sometimes growing loud. After several minutes, [redacted] entered his bedroom and closed the door. PO Stoll and PO Colon stood outside the door, ordering [redacted] to open it. [redacted] and [redacted] approached the door. [redacted] told [redacted] to exit the bedroom and go with the officers. Sgt. Corlette approached and allegedly pushed [redacted] out of her way (Allegation E). Sgt. Corlette and PO Colon, both identified via investigation, told [redacted]'s family members that if [redacted] did not open the door, the officers would call the NYPD's Emergency Services Unit (ESU) to break it down (Allegations F and G). Soon after, [redacted] opened the door, and PO Stoll, PO Colon, and Sgt. Corlette entered the bedroom.\n\nSgt.
