PO Bueno quickly moved behind [redacted] and executed a chokehold by wrapping his right arm over [redacted]'s right shoulder, across his throat, and extending his right hand to [redacted]'s left shoulder (Allegation A). PO Bueno lifted [redacted] off of his feet in this position, walked him toward the van, and placed him in handcuffs.\n\nPO Bueno, along with Sgt. Korpolinski, escorted [redacted] to the side of the van to place him inside. As the men reached the rear passengers' door of the van, PO Bueno pulled [redacted] against the closed door (Allegation B). PO Bueno then entered the van with [redacted] who was seated in a rear seat. PO Bueno allegedly struck [redacted] while in the rear of the van (Allegation C).\n\n[redacted] was transported to the PSA 7 stationhouse and released with a summons for disorderly conduct.
