[redacted] and [redacted] were handcuffed and transported to the 23rd Precinct via a police vehicle.\n\nAt the 23rd Precinct stationhouse, while in the holding cells, [redacted] heard PO Callinan tell [redacted] \"Suck my dick (Allegation I).\" At the stationhouse, [redacted] was released with a summons which Sgt. Hartnett verified (Allegation J and K). During this incident, [redacted] was arrested and charged with [redacted] which Sgt.
